Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection device capable of processing the images by using a memory of small capacity in a short required inspection time. SOLUTION: There are provided an imaging means 1 for fetching the image data on the object to be inspected a fetching memory means 13 for fetching the image data from the imaging means 1, a delivering memory mean 14 having a switchable memory for subsequently delivering the image data on the individual inspection area with in a predetermined range out of the fetched data and for storing the image data, and plurality of inspection processing means 16 for inspecting each of the individual inspection area in parallel while subsequently fetching the image data of the individual check area. This construction permits the plurality of inspection processing means 16 to check the individual inspection area in parallel, thereby greatly shortening the inspection time as well as achieving the use of the small capacity memory of the memory means 14.
