Abstract:
To enable a user to easily recognize a communication speed.
A communication controller 101 includes: an interface section 102 for revising the communication speed depending on a channel state; a communication speed monitor section 103 for monitoring the communication speed of the interface section 102 and informing a message transmission processing section 104 about communication speed information expressing the communication speed after revision when the communication speed is revised; and the message transmission processing section 104 for transmitting a change in the communication speed to an external interface section 105.
