Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding excellent in mechanical strengths easily opening nature, recyclability, and gas barrier properties by molding a resin composition containing an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer having a specified ethylene content and a specified or higher degree of saponification, a compatibilizer, and a polyolefin in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This molding is prepared by molding a resin composition comprising 5-60 wt.% ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer having an ethylene content of 20-60 mol%, a degree of saponification of at least 90%, and a melt flow rate of 0.1-50 g/10 min (at 190 deg.C under a load of 2160 g), 1-30 wt.% compatibilizer, and 10-94 wt.% polyolefin having a melt flow rate of 0.05-100 g/10 min. The compatibilizer is an olefin/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or a salt thereof each having a melt flow rate of 0.05-50 g/10 min and is desirably an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate having an ethylene content of 70-99 mol% and a degree of saponification of the vinyl acetate component of at least 40% or the like.
