PURPOSE: To construct a building with high efficiency by a method in which a frame is lifted by a liftup mechanism to form a working space, and desired building parts are arranged by a vertical carrier and a horizontal carrier.
CONSTITUTION: A roof 13 having a horizontal carrier 14 to carry parts is fixed to the upside of a frame 12, and a vertical carrier 15 to be freely connected with the carrier 14 is set on the side of a building K. The core parts 10 of the building K are stacked up, and the frame 12 is raised by a liftup mechanism 16 by taking reaction from the core parts 10 to form a working space above the building k. Desired building parts are transported from the ground's surface to working site by using the carriers 14 and 15 to construct the building K.
