To provide a solenoid driving valve for providing stable motion of a driving valve while restraining an increase in electric power consumption; and an internal combustion engine mounted with the solenoid driving valve.
This solenoid driving valve 10 has the driving valve 14 having a stem 12, an upper disc 30 and a lower disc 20 mutually separately arranged at an interval, and an electromagnet 60 having a coil 62 and arranged between the upper disc 30 and the lower disc 20. The upper disc 30 and the lower disc 20 have rockingly supported one ends 33 and 23 and the other ends 32 and 22 connected to the stem 12. The electromagnet 60 makes electromagnetic force act on the upper disc 30 and the lower disc 20 by supply of an electric current to the coil 62. A distance between a position for rockingly supporting the one ends 33 and 23 and a position for connecting the other ends 32 and 22 to the stem 12, is set smaller in the upper disc 30 than the lower disc 20.
