To provide an embryo transplantation appliance having favorable operability and extremely little damaging the vagina or the cervix in its insertion.

This embryo transplantation appliance 1 is provided with a flexible sheath 2 having a channel penetrating from the tip to the rear end thereof and a spherical swelling part 22 provided in the tip outer surface, a flexible stylet having its tip slightly projecting from the tip face of the sheath, and a transplantation tube body 4 having a soft tip part 41a which can be inserted in the flexible sheath 2 after removing the stylet and projects by a prescribed length from the tip of the flexible sheath 2.
