Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for applying a double sided adhesive tape, capable of accurately pasting double sided adhesive tape to a material to be bonded. SOLUTION: A pedestal 16 is installed on an upstream side in the direction of the tape drawing out of a pressure roller 6 for pressurizing and pasting a double sided adhesive tape 102a from a double sided adhesive tape reel 102 to a material to be bonded. A reversal table 17 is rotatably arranged on a notched part 16b of a receiving face 16a of the pedestal 16. A cylinder 11 is installed opposingly to the pedestal 16. A taper cutter 12 is fixed to the tip of a rod 11a of the cylinder 11. A pair of cylinders 21 having the tips of rods 21a facing inward in the width direction of the pedestal 16 are installed so as to nip the pedestal 16 in the width direction. Holding needles 22 are attached to the tips of the rods 21a of the cylinders 21. Consequently the cut end side of the double sided adhesive tape 102a is folded back by the reversal table 17 while holding the double sided adhesive tape 102a by the tips of the holding needles 22, pasted to the double sided adhesive tape 102a and then the holding needles 22 can be retreated.
