To enable a called person to not only specify a call originator at the incoming call but also easily and quickly recognize an originator's intention, the degree of importance of e-mail, and the degree of urgency.

A mobile terminal device 100 includes: a data storage part 202 wherein an address table 252 is stored and a voice sample data 250 can be stored; an e-mail reception part 204 for receiving the e-mail; an identification information extraction part 206 which extracts originator identification information and message identification information from the received e-mail; a voice generation part 208 which refers to the address table to read out voice sample data associated with originator identification information extracted from the e-mail when the voice sample data are present, and uses the voice sample data to generate a voice signal corresponding to message identification information; and a voice output part 120 which outputs the generated voice signal as the ringtone of the received e-mail.
