Abstract:
To provide a reagent enabling an amplification-detecting reaction liquid to be prepared without repeating freezing and thawing, and capable of maintaining the reagent performance for a long period.
The preservation stability is improved by constituting the reagent for detecting the nucleic acid amplification, usable for the reaction for detecting the amplification of the nucleic acids by a PCR of two or more liquid compositions, and formulating a DNA polymerase, and a magnesium ion and an oligonucleotide primer in the different liquid compositions.
