Abstract:
To provide a reagent for maintaining the performance of a reagent for detecting the nucleic acid amplification, usable for genetic screening in clinical diagnosis.
The preservation stability is improved by constituting the reagent for detecting the nucleic acid amplification, usable for the reaction for detecting the nucleic acid amplification by PCR of two or more liquid compositions, and formulating (a) a reagent composition containing at least a fluorescent labeled probe, a magnesium ion and a buffer, and having a pH of ≥6.5 but <8.5, and (b) a reagent composition containing at least a DNA polymerase and a buffer, in the different liquid compositions.
