Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the temporary stop analyzer and the temporary stop analysis program of a welding robot capable of contributing to improvement of a temporary stop under various situations and easily specifying the place of dealing with the temporary stop, even when there is no experience or knowledge.SOLUTION: The temporary stop analyzer 3 includes: an acquisition means 31 for acquiring robot position information, robot operation information, welding condition information, and operation error information from a robot controller 2; an analysis means 32 for analyzing the cause of the temporary stop of the welding robot 1 and its correction method by referring to a table where the robot position information, the robot operation information, the welding condition information, and the operation error information, and the estimated cause of the temporary stop and its correction method corresponding to these are described beforehand; and an output means 33 for outputting the analysis result analyzed by the analysis means 32.
