Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus having operation means which is not conspicuous from the outside.SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 1 includes: a body part 2; a deformable flexible display 11 constituting the body part 2 and arranged to allow a display surface 11a to be visually recognizable from the outside; a deformable housing 3 constituting the body part 2 and arranged to cover a back surface side on the opposite side of the display surface 11a in the flexible display 11; a deformation detector 150 for detecting deformation in the body part 2; and a CPU 200 constituted to detect the deformation in the body part 2 based on a detection result from the deformation detector 150 and performing predetermined display control to the flexible display 11 when the deformation in the body part 2 is detected.
