Abstract:
A base station configured to transmit a control signal to a user apparatus that performs transmission of a discovery signal by radio, including: resource assignment means configured to assign, to the user apparatus, a discovery resource to be used for performing transmission of a discovery signal; determination means configured to determine transmission timing information to be used for the user apparatus to transmit a discovery signal based on an assignment method of the discovery resource; and transmission means configured to transmit the transmission timing information to the user apparatus.
