Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated conductive member performing electrical connection with a small number of components in a simple structure and achieving a reduction in assembly man-hour and component processing cost.SOLUTION: In a coated conductive member 11, a wire functional part 19 including a plurality of linear conductors 15 is integrally formed along the longitudinal direction of a long plate conductor 13, by the plate conductor 13, the linear conductors 15 arranged in parallel to each other with a space therebetween along one side of the plate conductor 13 in a width direction, and an insulation coated band part 17 molded to enclose the plate conductor 13 and the linear conductors 15 with an insulation resin material 21 that is simultaneously extrusion-molded so that the plate conductor 13 and the linear conductors 15 are enclosed along the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
