Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal supporting device with an electric wire, capable of improving workability.SOLUTION: A terminal supporting device 31 with an electric wire is used for forming a corrosion-proof material in manufacturing of a terminal 1 with an electric wire. Concretely, the terminal supporting device is used when supplying the corrosion-proof material to an electric wire and terminal connection part 16 from a metal nozzle 21. The terminal supporting device 31 with an electric wire, comprises: a terminal simple holding part 35 to which, when a reaction force P is generated to the device by bending an aluminium electric wire 2, a tip of an electric contact part 8 in a crimp contact terminal 3 is contacted, a side surface of the electric contact part 8 is contacted by inserting thereto in one-touch and free insertion, or the side surface of electric contact part 8 is contacted by detachably hanging in one-touch; an electric wire simple holding part 37 to which a resin coating film 6 of the aluminium electric wire 2 is contacted or is detachably sandwiched or hanged in one-touch; and a first and a second adjustment mechanisms 34, 36 which adjust a position relationship of the terminal simple holding part 35 and the electric wire simple holding part 37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
