Abstract:
The invention provides a shovel capable of stably deriving a turning angle with a smaller error. The shovel (excavator) according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises an undercarriage (1), a revolving super structure (3) mounted on the undercarriage (1) in a revolvable manner, a revolving angular velocity transducer (S5) mounted on the undercarriage (1), and a machine guidance device (50) for calculating the revolving angle of the revolving super structure (3) based on the output of the revolving operation information and the revolving angular velocity sensor (S5).
