Abstract:
A real-time control device and method for macroscopic hot press forming of a light-sensing microarray. The real-time control device comprises a light sensing system and a real-time analysis and control system arranged on a lower template (12) of a hot press device. The light sensing system comprises a light source (3), an online light sensor (1), and a fixture (2). The fixture (2) is fixed on the lower template (12). The light source (3) and the online light sensor (1) are fixed on the fixture (2). The light source (3) is configured opposite a light incident surface in a thickness direction of a transparent polymer plate (5). The online light sensor (1) is configured opposite an opposite surface of the light incident surface and two side surfaces of the transparent polymer plate (5) and is connected to a circuit of the real-time analysis and control system. The real-time analysis and control system is connected to the light source (3), the online light sensor (1) and a PLC of the hot press device by means of the circuit. The real-time control device and method realize adaptive control of a microarray forming effect on a macroscopic surface of a product, reducing production costs and improving manufacturing quality and efficiency.
