Abstract:
To provide a portable terminal, an information processing apparatus, a content display system, and a content display method that can smoothly take over viewing of a content on the portable terminal to the information processing apparatus.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 103 comprises: receiving means that receives content information; external apparatus communication means that performs communication with an external information device; display means that displays the content information received by the receiving means; acquisition means that acquires identification information identifying the content information displayed on the display means; operation means that receives a user's operating instruction; and control means that, when the operation means receives an instruction to transmit the identification information while the content information is displayed, controls to transmit the identification information acquired by the acquisition means to the external information device and end the display of the content information performed by the display means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
