Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom cushion body capable of improving cushioning property while preventing infiltration of water into the inside, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A bathroom cushion body 10 comprises a core part 11 which is stored in the inside of a surface skin material 30 with waterproofness, and which is composed of a core body part 12 having air permeability and restorability, and a base part 13 comprising at least one of a foam body of an independent bubble structure and a non-foam body. The base part 13 has a shape along a support face 91M of a bathroom chair 91, and is spread on a surface skin bottom 31 facing the support face 91M in the surface skin material 30, and the core body part 12 is superposed on the base part 13. A vent hole 20 which penetrates into the surface skin bottom 31 and the base part 13 is formed, an interval between the surface skin bottom 31 and the base part 13 is sealed, and a filter 21 regulating passage of water and allowing passage of air is fixed to a top face 13M of the base part 13 so as to cover the vent hole 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
