Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt molding method capable of enhancing mechanical strength by suppressing alignment disorder of a long fiber in a bolt and suppressing air bubble contamination, the bolt and a bold molding die.SOLUTION: A method includes a process for flowing a molten resin containing a long fiber from a terminal of a cavity, a process for filling an excess part forming part communicating to another side of the cavity and the cavity with the molten resin in this order and a process for removing an excess part molded by the excess part forming part after solidification of the resin filled in a die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
