Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately return a call even if there is a change in a caller's schedule.SOLUTION: A voice response system includes: automatic response means that, a) when an incoming notice is received from an exchange, obtains a telephone number to register a return request including the obtained telephone number with return control data storage means, and b) when it is found that the registered return request becomes able to be returned, transmits the return request to an operator terminal device; and return management means that receives an arrival notice including a telephone number of a telephone set from the telephone set which has detected an arrival to a preregistered position, obtains a return request including the same telephone number from return control data storage means, and records being returnable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
