Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film forming agent for cleaning easy to conduct a cleaning treatment under a low temperature and having high cleaning treatment capacity, and a cleaning treatment method using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a coated film forming agent for cleaning containing (A) component: one or more polymer selected from a (meth)acrylic resin, a vinyl acetate resin, a vinyl chloride resin, an urethane resin, a polyvinyl alcohol resin and a polyvinyl acetal resin, (B) component: water and (C) component: an organic solvent having solubility parameter (SP value) of 7.5 to 11.0, and (D) component: a chelator, and having mass ratio represented by the (C) component/the (D) component (as an acid anhydride type) of 0.5 to 20, and a cleaning treatment method using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
