Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a xerographic photoreceptor capable of forming a uniform film ensuring stable coating for long time while suppressing unevenness in film thickness among plural coaters.SOLUTION: Disclosed manufacturing method of a xerographic photoreceptor is a manufacturing method of a xerographic photoreceptor which uses a slide hopper coating unit configured to supply a coating liquid to a plurality of coaters from a common liquid supply pump. A plurality of coaters is connected to a common liquid supply pump by a common liquid pipe via a manifold for supplying a coating liquid. The manifold is configured to contain the coating liquid and a gas therein, and the liquid level in the manifold is controlled to be higher than the position of the coating liquid discharge port of the coater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
