PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll screen device that enables an operation part to be mounted in a position to facilitate execution of a screen lifting/lowering operation, without reference to a positional relationship of a window.SOLUTION: A roll screen device includes a screen 1, a take-up part 2, and an operation member 3. The take-up part 2 has operation member mounting parts 8 and 8 provided on both sides, respectively. The operation member 3 has operation means 10, and a rotatable part 9 capable of being freely rotated by the operation means 10. The operation member 3 can be attached to either of the operation member mounting parts 8 and 8, and the take-up part 2 is rotatably connected by the operation means 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
