Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic cylinder device including bubble removal means with a simple structure having no movable part, capable of preventing bubbles from being accumulated in working oil near a lower end surface of a piston.SOLUTION: A hydraulic cylinder device 1 is provided with a bubble discharge structure configured to, when a piston 3 moves to an uppermost position, discharge bubbles accumulated in working oil near a lower end surface of the piston 3. The bubble discharge structure comprises a communication part communicating between a first portion slightly below a lower end part of a first piston packing 46 and a second portion slightly above an upper end part of the first piston packing 46, in a state where the piston 3 is at the uppermost position. The communication part comprises an annular groove 56 formed into an annular shape over the whole circumference of an inner peripheral part of a cylindrical member 40 of a cylinder 2, and having a longitudinal cross section curved in a concave manner between the first portion and the second portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
