Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure capable of securing insulation between pipe members regardless of deterioration of insulation performance of an insulation packing disposed between both members, intervention of conductive foreign matters between both members, and collision and rubbing of an outer face of a joint body to the first or second pipe member, in the joint structure for connecting the first and second pipe members by the joint body in an electrically insulated state.SOLUTION: One end of a joint body (1) is connected to a first pipe member (10a), the other end is brought into contact with an annular flange portion (11) through an annular packing (20), and connected to a second pipe member (33) by a cap nut (31) through an insulating member (21), and an insulation coating (2) by ceramic spray coating, is formed at least in a range from an outer side face (11b) to a lower face (11a) of the annular flange portion (11) and a range from an outer side face (12a) to an end face (12b) of an extended cylindrical portion (12) continued to the range, of an outer face of the joint body (1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
