Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide traveling assist device, an imaging system, a vehicle, and a traveling assist system which acquire information on a peripheral road and properly assist in driving at a point preceding a point where it is hard to pass.SOLUTION: In a traveling assist system 1, a traveling assist device 20 includes an input/output unit 21, a first processor 22, and a first communication unit 24. The input/output unit 21 acquires information on a position of a vehicle and traveling road information on a road on which the vehicle is traveling. The first processor 22 produces first information representing the position of the vehicle on the basis of the information on the position, and produces second information on the basis of the traveling road information. The first communication unit 24 transmits the first information to an information processing device 50, which exists outside the vehicle, under the control of the first processor 22, can receive as third information peripheral road information on a peripheral road of the position of the vehicle, and can transmit the second information. The first processor 22 produces information on whether the peripheral road is passable on the basis of the third information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
