Abstract:
To provide a distance measurement device and a distance measurement method capable of performing distance measurement even when a position of an object to be measured changes.SOLUTION: The distance measurement device includes: a time delay detection unit for detecting a time delay between measurement light and reference light on the basis of an optical distance difference calculated by a distance difference calculation unit; and a detection control unit for correcting phases of a first reference sine wave signal and a second reference sine wave signal on the basis of a detection result of the time delay detection unit, and for causing a sine wave signal detection unit to execute the detection of a two-phase sine wave signal on the basis of the first reference sine wave signal and the second reference sine wave signal after phase correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
