Abstract:
To provide a biological molecule movement control method and device capable of easily controlling flow property of a biological molecule without deteriorating a function of a biological molecule to be carried by a biological membrane.SOLUTION: In a biological molecule movement control method, a biological molecule movement control substrate is used, that has a solid substrate and a support film supported on a front surface of the solid substrate. The support film includes: a biological membrane with a lipid molecule as a configuration material; and a biological molecule carried by the biological membrane. When the biological molecule movement control substrate is immersed in an electrophoretic liquid to electrophorese a biological molecule, at least one of a kind and a density of the electrophoretic liquid is controlled on the basis of relation between a movement degree of a biological molecule in the electrophoretic liquid and at least one of a kind and a density of the electrophoretic liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
