PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend an appropriate content in accordance with a stress condition of a user, using, as a base, information which has seldom been taken into consideration.SOLUTION: A server device 10 comprises: an acquisition part 11 that acquires, for a plurality of users, associating information for associating a stress condition of each user with a used content; an estimation part 13 that estimates a stress condition of a target user; and a recommend processing part 14 that sets a content to be recommended to the target user on the basis of the acquired associating information and the estimated stress condition of the target user, and recommends the content to the target user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
