To obtain a signal processor, etc., with which it is possible to improve errors in data relating to a target.SOLUTION: Provided is a signal processor 100 for outputting, from a received signal, data pertaining to a target signal from a target, comprising: a frequency dividing processing unit 111 for performing conversion pertaining to the frequency of a received signal on the basis of a plurality of received signals from a wave receiver array 10 and turning to array frequency bin data; an optimization processing unit 112 for calculating a solution to an optimization problem on the basis of the array frequency bin data; a target azimuth calculation processing unit 113 for calculating target azimuth data on the basis of the solution; a target azimuth breakage detection unit 114 for detecting target azimuth breakage from the calculated target azimuth data; a target azimuth correction processing unit 115 for calculating correction target azimuth data for correcting broken target azimuths into one target azimuth; and a target level calculation processing unit 116 for calculating a target level that indicates the magnitude of a target signal on the basis of the correction target azimuth data and the array frequency bin data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
