Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a pipe with an inner surface spiral groove made of aluminum alloy.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a pipe with an inner surface spiral groove includes: a process of causing the pipe with the inner surface groove to pass through a first drawing die, thereby, applying diameter reduction and twisting and forming an intermediate twist pipe by using a revolution flyer which reverses a moving course of pipe material between the first and second drawing dies and revolves around either one side of the first and second drawing dies; and a process of causing the intermediate twist pipe to pass through the second drawing die, applying diameter reduction and twisting, and forming a pipe with an inner surface spiral groove. Therein, in at least one side of the first drawing die and the second drawing die, the die during the drawing is reciprocally moved forward and backward along a movement direction of the pipe material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
