Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of properly stopping a motor which is driven to start up an engine.SOLUTION: When prescribed time has passed (T2) from an ISG start-up for starting an engine, ISG torque is reduced. At this point, in the case that the engine has already completely exploded, either the engine speed does not decrease, or if the engine speed decreases, a decreased amount is small. On the other hand, in the case that the engine has not completely exploded, the engine speed drops considerably, when the ISG torque is reduced. Accordingly, it can be determined (T3)from a change in the engine speed after reducing the ISG torque, whether the engine has completely exploded or not, and from this determination result, it is determined whether the ISG should be stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
