Abstract:
To prevent or reduce delivery mistakes and collection mistakes of a target of a security delivery service.SOLUTION: A security delivery service support system 1 that supports a security delivery service that delivers or collects cash to/from a customer store includes a management device (operator terminal device 200) and a portable terminal device 300. The management device transmits information on a transportation plan for delivery or collection of cash to/from the customer store. The portable terminal device includes: a store-related information acquisition unit that acquires store-related information for identifying a target for which delivery or collection of cash is performed at the customer store; a target confirmation processing unit that compares planned store-related information indicating the target of delivery or collection of cash in the information on the transportation plan with the store-related information; and a notification unit that, if it is determined that the target indicated by the planned store-related information is different from the target indicated by the store-related information, provides a notification of that fact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
