Abstract:
To provide a hospitalization possibility estimation system estimating hospitalization possibility of a patient according to information obtained by home-visit nursing.SOLUTION: A hospitalization possibility estimation system 1 includes: a nursing record acquisition part (step 601) acquiring a nursing record to be a record of home-visit nursing of psychiatry; an objective variable addition part (step 602) adding to the acquired nursing record an objective variable; a teacher data generation part (step 605) vectorizing text data showing situations or nursing contents of a patient included in the nursing record and generating teacher data; a learning part (step 609, step 610) learning a model by the teacher data and generating a learned model; an estimation data generation part (step 701, step 703) vectorizing text data showing the situations or the nursing contents of the patient included in the nursing record to be processed separately acquired by the nursing record acquisition part and generating estimation data; and a hospitalization possibility estimation part (step 706) which applies the estimation data to the learned model and estimates a hospitalization possibility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
