NEW MATERIAL:An antitumor proteinic complex of the formula (Ab is a constituent part consisting of an antitumor immunoglobulin; ATD is a constituent part consisting of an anticancer agent; X is a constituent part crosslinking Ab with ATD; n1, n2 and n3 are integers 1W10).
EXAMPLE: Complex of human IgG with adriamycin (at 1:1.3 combination ratio).
USE: A remedy for malignant tumor, having retained discriminating ability of tumorous cells of antitumor immunoglobulin and complementary activating ability, and further antitumor activity of the anticancer agent.
PROCESS: An anticancer agent having reactive groups, particularly amino groups, is reacted with a crosslinking agent, e.g. a 4W6C dialdehyde, and the resultant product is then reacted with an antitumor immunoglobulin, e.g. prepared from a blood serum obtained by hyperimmunizing a warm-blooded animal with α-fetoprotein, to give the aimed antitumor proteinic complex of the formula.
