PURPOSE: A composite, obtained from an acid addition salt of 2'-benzyloxycarbonylphenyl 4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate and cyclodextrin, and having improved absorption from the digestive organs and a high remedial effect on ulcers.
CONSTITUTION: An acid addition salt of 2'-benzyloxycarbonylphenyl 4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate (hereinafter referred to as GPC acid addition salt) is mixed with cyclodextrin at a molar ratio between the former and the latter of 1:(0.1W3.0) in water, dissolved under warming, freeze-dried or concentrated and separated to give the aimed composite. The acid addition salt of various acids, e.g. hydrochloric, sulfuric or acetic acid, may be cited as the GPC acid addition salt, and the resultant composite has epochally improved solubility in water compared with the GPC acid addition salt.
