Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce work in a dock while equalizing the qualtity of materials, by dividing a precasting portion material, and by manufacturing this structure at factories, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a cross section figure showing a portion, which shapes one portion of a flating dock, the precast panel 1 is divided into each two piece of an A block 1A and a B block 2B and a C block IC in the cross section direction. Each longitudinal direction connecting surface 2 and lateral direction connecting surface 3 of these block 1A, 1B 1C and lateral partition walls 4 and stem and stern walls 4A are coated with adhesives such as epoxy in the dock, and prestress is introduced in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction, combined and unified. The lateral partition walls 4 are also left as independent precast panels 1 at that time, but the lateral partition walls 4 need not always be entered among blocks and blocks in the longitudinal direction and may be arranged as necessary. Thus, work in the dock can be reduced.
