Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6218152
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain coated organic acid preparation having an extremely improved coating state, by adding a phospholipide to edible oils or fats used as a coating agent, thereby lowering the viscosity of the suspension before spraying and cooling. CONSTITUTION:A homogeneous dispersion of (A) 10-75% of organic acid powder such as fumaric acid, citric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, etc. (B) 0.1-50% of a phospholipid such as phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, etc., and (C) the remaining part of an edible oil or fat having a melting point of >=40 deg.C, pref. 45-90 deg.C, such as hardened tallow oil, hardened palm oil, hardened cottonseed oil, etc., is prepared by heating the edible oil, etc. above its melting point, and adding and mixing the phospholipid and the organic acid powder thereto. The dispersion thus obtained is sprayed and solidified in a chamber with a temperature lower than the melting point of the oil, and the objective coated preparation having an average particle diameter of 300mu and composed of an organic powder core covered with the edible oil, etc. and the phospholipid, is obtained.
