PURPOSE:To obtain the titled bottle excellent in temperature resistance, stiffness and shock resistance, by a method wherein a part forming the neck is heated at the crystallization temperature and stretched, being molded to the neck by engaging it with a metal mold, and the molded preform is biaxially stretched. CONSTITUTION:A part 11 forming the neck of closed end parison 10 is heated at a crystallization temperature of polyethylene terephthalate with a heating mechanism 12, and the part forming the neck 11 is mechanically stretched by clamping with clamps 13 and 14. Then, the charge to the concave part 16 of a female force 15 is carried out with the female force 15 and a plunger 17, and the stretching orientation of polyester to the axial direction and peripheral direction is carried out at the same time. After preheating the parison, stretching blow molding is carried out.
