Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of appropriately detecting gestures. According to the present invention, a detection unit detects one type of gesture when the detection region frequency or the detection region time of temporarily detecting the one type of gesture in a detection region which is a part of an imaging region, is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold value. The detection unit does not reset the detection region frequency or the detection region time of the one type of gesture, when the one type of gesture is provisionally detected in a remaining region and a condition predefined for provisional detection is satisfied, after the one type of gesture is provisionally detected in the detection region.
