Abstract:
To provide an air-conditioning honeycomb rotor having the effect of reducing an increased risk of secondary infection with un-predicted spreading of virus and a bacterium in a general facility such as a waiting room of an elder care facility, a hospital, a school, a public facility, or a commercial facility such as a cruise vessel and a hotel, with a minimum increase of cost.SOLUTION: The present invention pertains to an air-conditioning honeycomb rotor of a size equal to or smaller than a suitable diameter (an equivalent diameter) less than 1/2 of a rotor width (a flow passage length) such that a run-up section until an Re number of an airflow in the honeycomb becomes a laminar-flow area less than 2300 and inflow air completely becomes a laminar flow, even at a designed amount of maximum air. The air-conditioning honeycomb rotor is covered with a coating layer containing antibacterial agent of copper ion elution type on a sheet surface constituting the honeycomb.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
