Abstract:
To provide a class of rhodamine dyes having an emission spectrum region substantially narrower than those of rhodamine dyes currently available, and a class of rhodamine dyes having an absorption spectrum region shifted by up to about 15 nm in the direction of the red side when compared with those of the rhodamine dyes currently existing.
The reagent labeled with the 4,7-dichlororhodamine dye compound includes deoxynucleotide, dideoxynucleotide and polynucleotide. A method for sequencing dideoxypolynucleotide, a method for analyzing fragments and a method for using such dye compound and a reagent are provided.
