Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the abnormality signal detecting device which can detect an abnormality signal even when an abnormal component is small or in case of an outbreak signal and to obtain the abnormality signal source detecting device which can detect the position of the abnormality signal source generating the abnormality signal when the abnormality signal is detected.
SOLUTION: An adaptive digital filter 12 is provided which simulates characteristics of a delay unit for an input signal as a linear time-series signal, and an abnormality detecting means 13 compares filter characteristics for an input signal at abnormal time with filter characteristics in the filter characteristic generating process of the adaptive digital filter for an input signal at normal time to detect the abnormality signal. Further, a filter coefficient which is generated at normal time is used and a filter cut component as a signal excluding a normal signal is extracted to detect the abnormality. Further, the abnormality signal source is detected from ≥2 filter cut components.
