Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize energy effectively without enlarging the apparatus.
SOLUTION: A substantially cylindrical wall 47 is provided around the inner periphery rising higher due to difference in level of the bottom of a double tube unit and forms a refrigerant pool 68 for collecting water flowing down along the outer periphery of a cold water tube 41. To the bottom of the refrigerant pool 48 a refrigerant-circulating channel 49 is connected and the other end of which is connected to a refrigerant supply channel in a constitution to send the water in the refrigerant pool 48 to a water-receiving dish by pumping and sprinkle the water again along the outside surface of the cold water tube 41.
