To suppress generation of phase mismatching in signals between channels in an acoustic processor.
The acoustic processor 1 includes: an output part for outputting an audio signal and a measurement signal to speakers 13, 14 in which right and left channels are paired; an input part for inputting the measurement signal output from sound pickup parts 9a, 9b; and signal processing parts 2, 3 for performing acoustic field measurement by outputting measurement sound from the pair of right and left speakers 13, 14 through the output part, and receiving the measurement signal supplied through the input part from the sound pickup parts 9a, 9b in which the measurement sound is picked up. The signal processing parts 2, 3 performs sound field measurement individually for each of the right and left channels, calculates compensation data for compensating frequency characteristics of the audio signal for each of the right and left channels based on a result of the acoustic field measurement, and compensates the frequency characteristics of the audio signal supplied to the pair of right and left speakers 13, 14 based on one piece or an average value of the compensation data.
