Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a reproduced sound from a pitch conversion device of an acoustic signal reproduced at a reproducing speed faster than a recording speed easy to listen.
SOLUTION: Data obtained by AD-converting a reproduction time base compressing acoustic signal is stored in a memory 10 with the prescribed sampling period, it is continuously read out with a long reading period, and when an acoustic signal output pitch-converted by DA conversion is obtained, progress of a writing address is interrupted at the time of a small sound state, a series of block time is efficiently lengthened, and when progress of a writing address is stopped in small sound, progress of a writing address is started again at the time of coincidence of a writing address and a reading address. Also when a voice signal of a low level is continued, a signal of a low level is forcedly written in a memory 10, an unnatural matter such as a complete soundless state is prevented to occur, after writing is started again at the time of a small sound, a reading address is made to coincide with a writing address at the time of large sound, start of video and sound is adjusted, and a sense of incongruity is reduced. When high level voice signal is continued, next writing is inhibited until written information is read out, and a time having a series of signal is lengthened.
