Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject fiber useful for a boa, a seal, a high pile, etc., by applying a specific oil agent to the fiber bundle of an acrylic synthetic fiber in the state of a swollen gel after a wet spinning, a stretching and a washing with water, and then drying for compacting.
CONSTITUTION: This acrylic synthetic fiber excellent in dyeability and touch feeling is obtained by applying 0.l-0.7wt.% of an emulsion liquid as an oil agent based on the weight of the dried fiber containing 20-70wt.%, 10-20wt.% and 10-60wt.% based on its solid components of (A) a cationic surfactant of formula I (R1 is a 15-25C alkyl; R2 is a 1-3C alkylene; R3, R4 are each independently a 1-5C alkyl; X- is diethylsulfate salt as a counter ion), (B) a polyamine polyamide-based softening agent of formula II ((n) is an integer of 1-5) and (C) a blocked polyether, respectively and having ≥2 weight ratio of the component A to B, and then drying for compacting. The above synthetic fiber bundle is in the state of a swollen gel after a wet spinning, a stretching and a washing with water.
