To provide: an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition which has excellent adhesivity, is suitable for bonding various protective films for polarizing plates and a polarizer, and has excellent durability such as thermal shock resistance and the like; an adhesive composition for a polarizing plate, an adhesive for a polarizing plate and a polarizing plate formed by using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition, comprising an oxetane compound (A), an epoxy compound (B) having an alicyclic structure, and a silane coupling agent (C), where, relative to a total of 100 pts.wt. of (A), (B), and (C) components, a content of the oxetane compound (A) is 35-65 pts.wt. and a content of the silane coupling agent (C) is 10 pts.wt. or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
