Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of regulating rotation of a rod in a predetermined range of 360° or more with a simple constitution and capable of easily corresponding even to the change of a rotation amount, and to provide a robot using the actuator.SOLUTION: When a rod is rotated in one direction, a rod side stopper is brought into contact with a rotation member side stopper, a rotation member is also rotated in one direction, the rotation member side stopper is brought into contact with a first rotation regulation part of a rotation range regulation part, thereby, a rotation amount to one direction of the rod is regulated via the rotation member. When the rod is rotated in the other direction, the rod side stopper is brought into contact with the opposite side of the rotation member side stopper, the rotation member is also rotated in the other direction, the rotation member side stopper is brought into contact with a second rotation regulation part of the rotation range regulation part and, thereby, the rotation amount to the other direction of the rod is regulated via the rotation member.
